DeZyne has been showcased at return performances for the WODS FM 103.3 Boston Hatch Shell Summer Concert Series on the Esplanade, Hard Rock Café (Boston, Massachusetts), Providence Civic Center, Worcester Centrum, Newport mansions, the Sheraton-Tara Convention Center, and Park Plaza Hotel (at Copley Place) -- as well as concert openings for The Fifth Dimension, Felix Cavalier and the Rascals, The OJays, and Taylor Dane. Their corporate bookings have included events for Staples, Bose Corporation (including an international corporate party in Panama City, Florida), Jordan’s Furniture, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (Washington, D.C.), The Willis Center (African American Festival), Assumption College, Carnival Caribbean Cruise Line private party, and Athena Diagnostics. DeZyne has been repeatedly nominated by The Boston Phoenix Music Poll for Best Local Cover Band.

Various members of the band have performed or collaborated with artists as diverse as director Ken Burns (Unforgivable Blackness: The Rise and Fall of Jack Johnson), rock legend Chuck Berry, Richie Sambora (lead guitarist of Bon Jovi), Paul Cotton (Poco), singer Greg Kihn, and author Stephen King. Their individual performances can be heard on DVDs, CDs, feature films, documentaries, Boston Celtics games, Showtime at the Apollo, television shows, books-on-tape, and national commercials. DeZyne is currently producing a collection of original compositions for future release. References are available upon request.
